To remove mold, mildew, soot, bird droppings, leaf stains, etc.: Apply InstaGone by spraying, brushing or rolling. Do not wipe off. For best results, use in direct sunlight. Wait five to ten minutes before examining area. If stain is removed, rinse treated area with a garden hose.
